Rachael’s path into this work was shaped not only by study, but by lived experience. Through years of holding space for others, she developed a deep understanding of how spiritual insight, emotional healing, and the senses work together to support the soul’s journey. This integration became the foundation of her work and the teachings later shared in her book I Am a Soul Champion.

Today, Rachael works through Angel healing therapy, a gentle, intuitive modality that draws upon angelic guidance, energy healing, and spiritual aromatherapy. Her sessions may include angel readings, healing work, past life exploration, intuitive guidance, and scent-based practices drawn from her Soulscented work, always guided by what is most supportive for the individual in that moment.

Rachael is also the creator of Archangel Aromatherapy, a scent-based vibrational medicine and spiritual practice developed through years of working with essential oils and intuitive healing. Her work with scent reflects her belief that aromatherapy is not simply therapeutic for the body, but a profound support for emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Whether through one-to-one sessions, teachings, workshops or her written work, Rachael’s approach is calm, grounded and deeply intuitive.
